This month I am focusing on what are my best vegan recipes for the autumn months and warm cozy nights at home. Here are my top picks for vegan comfort foods for those colder months.

These are ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen, or you can purchase them from the store. They are hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, garlic, cumin, ginger, turmeric, salt, and pepper.

These ingredients work together in the recipe to make a meal healthier. If you use these ingredients, you will be sure to have a tasty, healthy meal that is both super healthy and also delicious. Vegan nachos are a great example of a healthy, and super easy, meal or a great idea for party food.
